Abstract:Academic exchange is an important constituent part of China-Russia cooperation, contributing to boosting mutual understanding, mutual trust and consolidating relations of the two nations. Conforming to the era development, while adjusting cooperation fields and valuing traditional economic and trade ties, China and Russia emphasize the important roles of education, science and innovation cooperation. It is the strategic development direction of China-Russia academic exchange to transfer from language and culture-based college student communications to scientific research and experimental design work. It is the inevitable course for upgrading China-Russia academic exchange to a diversified scope of majors for college student communications, expand teacher and researcher communications and establish union universities and scientific research centers.
