Abstract: The construction of Soviet Culture is one of the most important parts in Russian Socialist Revolution. At the beginning of the Soviet political power, the red leaders: Lenin, Bukharin and Stalin, all paid great attention to Soviet “Cultural Revolution” and “Cultural construction”. However, their thoughts differeded and policies varied.
