Abstract: The special geographical environment in which Russia is located has created its geopolitical concept: territorial expansion is its basic means, establishing buffer zones, turning to the ocean and avoiding a fi ght on all fronts, the three in one, are its concrete measures. Russia’s geopolitics decides what its foreign policy is. No matter how the international situation changes, Russia’s geopolitical concept in its foreign policy is repeatedly narrated.
