Abstract: In November 2010, Alexandria L. Alefyev, deputy director of the Social Research Center of Russia’s Ministry of Sciences and Education contributed an article on purpose to one of the most authoritative journals Population and Society and introduced a social investigation into the Russian students in China by Russian academic society concerned. A conclusion derived from the investigation merits our attention.
