Abstract: Does a Chinese model exist in the process of human history? This is not only a question about that Chinese scholars show great concern, but Russian Scholars’ hot topic of conversation. Some Russian scholars believe that there exists a Chinese model and it is closely related to the Chinese culture; some scholars point out that the Chinese model’s key content is the cadre-selected system based on the Confucian culture; and some other scholars hold that using the concept of “developing country” and “advanced country” to describe the Chinese things is out of date, because China’s economic development is unique.
