Abstract: The partnership of the Sino-Russian Strategic Cooperation has opened up a good development space for China and Russia’s economic and trade cooperation and their cooperation has entered a period of rare chances. But, at the same time, some Russians at home and abroad, facing the rise of gross amount of China’s economy, have some suspicions about the future of the Sino-Russian economic cooperation and even consider China’s economic rise as a threat to the future of the cooperation. The Sino- Russian economic cooperation has come into a cross period of strategic chances and “interest collision”. Since a country with a quick economic rise is subject to the other countries’ vigilance and lookout, China must treat carefully the interest collision between China and Russia, keep its eyes on the two countries’ long-term strategic interests, conform to the new situation of the world
economy in the post crisis period, take its Russian trade transition as a breakthrough point to get out of the structure plight of the upgrade of the Sino-Russian strategic partnership, construct a balance-development strategy of “stable development, symmetrical demand, mutual benefi t and win and mutual dependence”, and constantly expand the new space for economic cooperation.
