Abstract: The Sino-Russian political development road has a mutual infl uence uniqueness. The ideology refl ected by the concepts and principles of their political development road has been a special factor in the course of development of their ties that are different from the general bilateral relations. In the background of their rise, the leaders of the two nations advocate mutually learning of experience of the political development road. This shows that the elites of the two countries believe that the core of their development roads tends to be the same. In terms of the relations between the state power structure and the authoritative resources, both China and Russia strengthen the importance of state control ability. But the mechanisms of their political design and operation of the power structure have a principled distinction. In terms of the relations between state and society, China and Russia meet with the same challenges, both need to duly handle the role of power and social factors and coordinate the relations between effi ciency, justice and stability, but the two countries are different in historical background and reality for that issue.
