Abstract: In the process of starting transition of the Central Asia modernization, there exist many problems: there is a chasm between political culture and political system, the Central Asia countries have not found out a most suitable political system for carrying forward modernization, political violence becomes attendants of political modernization and destroys legal basis of the society, it seems that the Islamic culture stubbornly sticks to traditions and rejects modernization. The course of modernization keeps pace with the construction of ethnic nations and this makes Central Asia an ex-modern society with modern characteristics. Among the countries of Central Asia, Kirghizia’s modern transition is of representativeness. Revolution, confl icts between ethnic groups and political murder that took place in the country all have close relations with the course of modernization.
