Abstract: The Sino-Russian judicial mutual help agreement and the leader-regular- meeting system do not play a requisite role in the Sino-Russian trade dispute. The present solutions to the trade dispute do not have actual effect, which is the direct cause of a hard solution to the trade dispute. And jurisdiction puzzles, different judicial systems and the governments not giving adequate attention lead to no judicial cooperative mechanism to be established for resolving the frontier trade dispute, which is the in-depth cause. It is essential to set up a mature mechanism to resolve the trade dispute, for example, setting up an expert group, signing a frontier judicial cooperative agreement, setting up a port court and a frontier joint conciliation mechanism. At the same time, it is required to pay attention to the legal effect of the solutions to the dispute, the connection of proceedings and mediations and the specialization and standardization of the institutions and personnel who deal with none-proceeding dispute.
