Abstract: The east part of Russia has enormous potentials, is of a strategic importance to Russia and decides Russia’s position of great power and its national further development and modernization. In Russia, the east area’s rejuvenation and participation in the process of the Asia-Pacifi c integration are considered as two tasks connected to each other. In this process, China is especially important to Russia. The Sino-Russian bilateral cooperation’s further development and deepening in quality as well as their cooperation under the Asia-Pacifi c multilateral framework are in the mutual interests of both countries and need both sides’ mutual concerns and support.
