Abstract: Russia has established the relationships of “a strategic cooperative partnership” with China, but the two countries are in the process of changing from a planned economy to a market economy and the relations between governments and enterprises have not been put in order. Therefore, the issues of the Sino-Russian trade facilities are very complicated and they need to be examined from governments and enterprises, etc. The two nations need cooperation at a technical level and a strategic level as well. In view of the present situation, Russia’s foreign trade strategy has become a part of its national strategy. After Putin was in the office of president once again, he is trying hard to change the situation of his country relying on raw materials and to achieve trade facilities. At present, all sections of the people in Russia are very interested in the further expanding trade with China and make many demands on the trade facilities with China.
