Abstract: L.S.Perelomov (Ji Liaola) is the academician of Russian academy of sciences, the Russian federation
meritorious science activists, the chairman of the Confucius foundation of Russia, the adviser of the international
Confucianism federation council, and a history doctor. He is a sinology expert with Chinese ancestry. In his 60
years’ sinology study, he devoted to Confucianism culture research, and actively promoted the spread of Confucian culture in Russia. His fruitful academic achievements had set up a bridge for the communication and cultural
exchange between China and Russia.
