Abstract: The Sino-Russia oil resources cooperation can fall into oil trade, joint venture project, etc. Now, China
is the fourth big oil importer of Russia. The Sino-Russia gas resources cooperation depends on the east and west
pipelines. Though price is the main obstacle in Sino-Russia negotiation in many years, they may have chance to
make progress. Paying more attention to Asia-Pacific and expanding the oil and gas export to Asian countries (like
China)are the main ways to reply European energy market sluggishness.There are some problems between China
and Russia, which need to be solved through building cooperation and talk stage, reinforcing mutual trust, and
optimizing cooperation efficiency and negotiation strategies.
