Abstract: In recent years, the overall situation of Russian film market is good; there are an upward number of attendances. But the issue of the domestic industry is not optimistic. At present, the Russian domestic film in the country's circulation has fallen to less than 20% of the country's market. The situation of issuing Russian film abroad is worse. In the international market (except Europe), it does not have effective impact. Even in the traditional European markets, it also failed to obtain a satisfactory result, the influence of Russian-made movie extremely limited. Although the Russian government take certain measures according to the situation, but the effect is far from expectation.
