Abstract: Afghanistan is instability, nowadays. Its security situation is complex, filled with frequent terrorist attacks and drugs. Russia has vital interests in Afghanistan issue, especially in the case of non-traditional securityCurrently,terrorism and drug smuggling are serious threats to Russia's national security, and this two problems is closely
related to Afghanistan. Russia is trying to ease the security situation in Afghanistan through international cooperation, reduce the three forces which threatening the safety of the country and central Asia, and forbid the drugs.
