Abstract: In 2013, Putin's focus is vigorously promotes the economic development and improve people's living
standard, but the economic growth rate falling made him feel confused and anxious. In the choice of economic and social development path and mode, Putin and Medvedev have different idea and pursuit. Putin is eager to determine his own patterns and guidelines for success. But more than a year’s implementation, is less effect. While the economic path and mode will influence Putin's authoritarian and ruling prospects.
