Abstract:Objective understanding a country's economic development stage accurately can help people make scientific judgment on their economic policies. From the perspective of the flag values of different stages of industrialization, Russia is on the late stage of industrialization, industrialization process is far from over. The particularity of the Soviet Union industrialization and the economic crisis after the collapse of the Soviet Union decided the repeatability of Russia industrialization road. keeping industrialization and reindustrialization is hard to avoid in Russia economy development. This not only is the assurance of Russia economic growth and development, but also the need of industrial structure adjustment and upgrade. To continue industrialization and reindustrialization, the Russian government should decide and implement active industrial policy, promote the rapid development of manufacturing industry.
