Abstract:In 2013, Russia's domestic political and social situation were more stable than than the last year. The main signs are the activities of opposition faction decreased, United Russia’s Regime position strengthened. But there were unstabilizing factors: the phenomenon of terrorism and religious nationalism and immigration problems.Slightly increased but poor economic situation, declined growth rate, reduced investment, low labor productivity, the inappropriate economic development pattern are the main reasons. In foreign relations aspect, Russia continued the previous year's tendency basically, namely "Russia's relations with the East are better than with the west". It progressed in the Commonwealth of the Independent States and the Asia-Pacific region, and being challenged in Europe and America region.
