Abstract:At present, China and Russia are deeply aware of agriculture and food security for the country's strategic significance. In the adjacent area, the conditions of agricultural resources are highly complementary. Although regional agricultural cooperation achieved certain achievements, but there are problems like labor restrictions, tariff barriers, unobstructed information, Laggard technology and other issues. The governments at all levels should playa role to coordinate and promote these questions, strengthen regional agricultural technical cooperation between China and Russia, strengthen information communication, try to build up a green agriculture, establish agricultural products deep processing base, promote the common prosperity of agricultural industry.
