Abstract: In modern time’s Chinese history, Beijing not only played the roles like the cultural ancient capital and political center continually, but also played important roles in modern diplomacy and international communication. Since the middle of the 19 th century, in a special world of "foreigners" in Beijing, Russian (Soviet Union) expatriate society is a characteristic case. In the 1920s, the fate of Russia emigrants community in Beijing up and down with China's turbulent political situation, changed with Sino-Russia relation and Sino-Soviet Union relation.
