Abstract: Sino-Russian relations are the most important international strategic relationship between the two countries. The two countries need strengthen the cooperation in promoting global environmental management, enhancing international strategic balance and establishing new international order, based on the characteristics of the times, China and Russia’s roles in the international structure and the task of economic and social development. China and Russia have wide strategic interests and broad interlinked strategic concept which laid the solid strategic foundation for deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination. China and Russia should strengthen their strategy cognitive of the main value of each other. According to the new situation, new requirements, they could make comprehensive strategies for the relations between the two countries, and bring the relationships between the two countries to a new level.
