Abstract: Following the success of the October Revolution (1917), the Soviet Regime established itself in the places of the Soviet Far East successively. The regime complied with the decrees and policies issued by the Soviet Central Committee and People’s Commissariat for International Affairs (NKVD) to implement revolutionary measures in terms of armed forces, society and economy, education and culture, destroy the dated national institutions and try to establish a new social order. In the autumn of 1918, the Far East Soviet Regime was overthrown and its early revolutionary measures were halted by the imperialist military intervention and the joint attack of domestic anti-revolutionary forces.
