Abstract:Since the Ukraine Crisis, the Russian economy is continuously turbulent, and even hangs by a thread under sanctions imposed by the U.S.A and European nations. In theoretical circles, opinions of the influence to the world by Russian turmoil vary, especially in terms of the change and developmental tendencies to the international energy market. For the sake of analyzing the characteristic of the new balance in world economy more precisely, clarifying the functions of U.S hegemony in it is required. Meanwhile combining the relationship among Ukraine crisis, Russian turmoil, US and European sanctions, it is necessary to make reasonable evaluation and judgment to the development tendency in future.
