Abstract: At the same time of fruitful results in the cooperation between China and Russia, objectively speaking, there are also some problems needing the high concern. The feature of China-Russia cooperation is that its implementation is promoted by the government and the policy orientation is obvious. At the same time, Russia still holds the defensive psychology to China and the strategic mutual trust of the two countries needs to be elevated to the higher level. The concern in Chinese academic circle on the risk control in cooperation between the two countries is not much, so that some conflicts of interests are neglected, the principle of equality can not be implemented, and some passive conditions are aroused. In the future, China needs to improve the quality of export products and attach great importance to the safety in cooperation.
