Abstract: After the transformation, the middle and eastern European countries experienced transformation crisis in the early 1990s; after 2004, they were trapped into the crisis caused by the entry into EU; then after 2008, there was the economic crisis resulted from the sovereign debt crisis in Euro zone, so that they deviate the mainstream development in Europe and the “recession” of democratization becomes the new trend. The triple crises reflect the problems of the middle and eastern European countries occurring in the social-economic region, social-political region and social-cultural region. However, they may be the “creative crises” which may bring a better future.
