Abstract: During the Anti-Japanese War, Soviet Union offered tremendous aid to China, but some unpleasant events also occurred in the bilateral relationship. It has been 70 years since the outbreak of the Second World War. Looking back the history, we should not only “remember the history”, but, more importantly, should seek for enlightenments from the historical experience and lessons, thus adding wisdom to the work today.
