Abstract: South Korea has been actively finding ways to access European Economies by train on land and Trans-Siberian Rail or Trans-Chinese Rail is regarded as viable route. South Korea’s Eurasia Initiative scheme, put forward officially in 2013, embodies such endeavor. Longjiang Silk Road Belt, because of its openness to expansion, multi-modal network and conformity to Chinese national program, is highly likely to create synergy with South Korea’s Eurasia Initiative.
