Abstract: After Egypt is governed by Sisi, great-leap-forward development appears in the relationship between Egypt and Russia and they have had cooperation in political, economic, military, energy and many other fields. The mutual support of Egypt and Russia in plight, their mutual needs in strategy, the preferences and historical memories of their leaders, etc. constitute the major factors promoting the rapid elevation of Egypt-Russia relationship. The changes in Egypt-Russia relationship will have certain influence on the two countries and the Middle East policies of Europe and America. Whether the Egypt-Russia relationship will develop forward continuously and effectively will be determined by three aspects including the construction of mutual trust between Egypt and Russia, the settlement of differences between the two countries in hot issues of Middle East, and the change degree of European and American policies to Russia.
