Abstract: In 2015, through such measures as the opposition of western sanctions, striking of pro-western political opposite factions and memory of the 70 th anniversary of anti-fascism war victory, Russia strengthens the cohesion of the national public and maintains the political situation and social stability. Diplomatically, Russia relieves the Ukraine crisis, but there is still a long way before the settlement of crisis. The air raid of such extreme terrorist organizations as “IS” not only solidifies the regime of Assad but also maintains the interests of Russia in Syria and the Middle East. The air raid of Russia changes the situation of the Middle East and promotes the political settlement agenda of Syria problem, so that the relations between Russia and the US present the situation of dialogue and cooperation coexisting with the competition and opposition.
