Abstract:In the future period, the Islam extremist force centered on the Middle East will stay active and the terrorism and violence activities made by it around the world are in the frequent occurrence period. Due to the geographical adjacency, close social formation, lagged economic and social development and many other reasons, the rising of Islam extremist force has formed great threat to the safety situation in Eurasian region. China and Russia, SCO and the international community must respond to the severe challenge with the spirit of responsibility and the reliable moves.
