Abstract:At present, Kazakhstan is optimizing its investment environment and adjusting economic structure, full of business opportunities in the aspects of infrastructure, energy development and green economy. In the process of entering into Kazakhstan, Chinese enterprises are faced with the challenges such as disharmonious matchmaking in many aspects on Kazakhstan side, benefit gaming among big powers, and the country’s preferences for capital attraction. China and Kazakhstan have a solid common basis for cooperation, strong mutual complementarities, excellent infrastructure basis and abundant capitals. The framework agreement on production capacity and investment cooperation signed in August 2015 provides a broader space for the future cooperation of the two countries.
