Abstract:The Eurasian Economic Union led by Russia is a natural development stage in the regional economic cooperation among Eurasian countries under the global trend and large background of regional economic integration. The national strength and big power consciousness recovered in Russia have provided economic basis for its leading role in the Eurasian regional economic integration. Establishing the Eurasian Economic Union across the Eurasia is one of the actions of Russia to establish the multi-polar world, and its establishment conforms to the historical trend that the international community requests to establish the multi-polar world. If a free trade zone is set up by the Eurasian Economic Union led by EU and Russia, then the economic trade relations between EU and Russia can be stabilized through the frameworks and regulations of regional economic cooperation, so as to avoid the interference of America to the largest extent. Although the Eurasian Economic Union led by Russia , in the long run, the overall tendency of economic integration in Eurasia is still relatively optimistic.
