Abstract:After accepting the mission to fabricate the case of Central Committee of Jews, the national security agency of the Soviet Union first conducted assassination and arrest to the leaders of Central Committee of Jews, and then proposed a series of absurd conventions to them in the deliberate misinterpretation way. To support these accuses, they also fabricated 42 volumes of materials by forcing the defendants to make false confession, forging the confession of defendants, forcing the case material appraisal experts to make false appraisal conclusions, and concealing the documents which can support the misinterpretation of their accuses. Although the military trial court of the Supreme Judicial Court of Soviet Union found many loopholes in the case materials and deemed that the accuses to the defendants are hard to be established, the court could only ignore the falseness of case materials and make judgment to the case according to the decisions of the Political Bureau as the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of theSoviet Union’s Communist Party had made judgment decisions to the case according to the suggestion of the national security agency. Through revealing the fabrication techniques and process of relevant departments to the case of Central Committee of Jews, it is hard to imagine how the other major unjust cases in the Soviet Union in the end of 1930s and the early period after World War II are fabricated.
