(№.4,2016)

Abstract: It has been an urgent and important task to consider the all around development in the relationship between Ukraine and China with the new path and new thought as the entry point. As a systematic project, The Belt and Roadinitiative needs the relevant parties to abide by the joint consultation and active negotiation mechanisms within the framework of bilateral negotiation and coordinating the national development strategies of countries along the Silk Road. China has prepared to open up market, promote trade liberation, strengthen investment cooperation, and quicken the infrastructure integration together with all countries willing to support the Eurasian cooperation initiative. The initiative of Silk Roadhas radiated Asia, Africa and Europe, and covered countries in the Central Asia, Southeast Asia and Europe as well as those around the Persian Gulf, Mediterranean, the Pacific Ocean and Indian Ocean. The optimum line consuming the shortest time and taking the lowest price is China-Kazakhstan- Volgograd- Ukraine-EU. Ukraine will tamp the shortest transport line between Ukraine and China and conquer the imminent tasks, striving for common popular support from the people of both Ukraine and China, and aiming to become an influential leader country in Central and Eastern Europe with the help of the new initiative of reviving Silk Road.

Keywords: Ukraine and China support; land and sea binding; railway tamping; common popular suppor; world peace
